1. Returns Policy
At Nanoplasty Lux, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
- Opened products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund if the item meets our return conditions. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
